I've been teaching fitness, dance & pilates for over

25 years throughout the Bay Area.

I have a Masters in Dance Studies from Laban Conservatoire of Dance & Music in London, which led me to dance & teach professionally throughout Europe.

When I tore my ACL while dancing, Pilates built me back up and actually made me a stronger and more wise mover.

 It was then when I decided to rehabilitate  & strengthen others, as well as teach injury prevention.

Since then, I now I have two active daughters and I'm still dancing.

I love teaching with a creative, energetic approach, along with a splash of humor.
